September 2021 Konkurs an. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecanarynews.com\/2021\/07\/anfi-group-boardroom-battle-spills-over-into-court-as-lopesan-demands-bankruptcy-over-unpaid-e30-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thecanarynews.com.<\/a>&nbsp;Das Handelsgericht von Gran Canaria hat der Konkurser\u00f6ffnung f\u00fcr die Timesharing-Unternehmen Anfi Sales SL und Anfi Resorts zugestimmt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Der Konkursantrag, den das Unternehmen Isla Marina SL im vergangenen Jahr gestellt hatte, wurde vom Richter Alberto L\u00f3pez Villarrubia angenommen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die zur Anfi-Gruppe geh\u00f6renden Schuldner, die unter der Kontrolle der Santa Cazorla-Gruppe stehen, k\u00f6nnen keine Entscheidungen \u00fcber die Ver\u00e4u\u00dferung von Verm\u00f6genswerten mehr treffen. Die gesamte Kontrolle wurde nun von Par Condito SLP (den Verwaltern) \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">W\u00e4hrend des Verfahrens wurden drei Berichte \u00fcber die gesch\u00e4ftliche und finanzielle Situation von Anfi Sales und Anfi Resorts vorgelegt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die Anfi Gruppe hatte bei der Bank bereits eine zus\u00e4tzliche Finanzierung im Jahr 2019 beantragt, die aber abgelehnt wurde. Die Verwalter berichteten, dass sich die Schulden Ende 2019 auf 56,6 Millionen Euro beliefen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Der Richter kam zu dem Ergebnis, dass das von Isla Marina vorgelegte Sachverst\u00e4ndigengutachten den Konkurs nachweist und dass sie nicht in der Lage waren, fr\u00fchere, inzwischen abgelaufene Verpflichtungen zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Das Argument gegen den Konkurs war, dass Anfi Sales und Anfi Resorts einen gro\u00dfen Immobilienbesitz haben.
