Ha sido aceptado por el juez Alberto L\u00f3pez Villarrubia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Los deudores, que son parte del Grupo Anfi que est\u00e1n bajo el control del Grupo Santa Cazorla, han sido suspendidos de poder tomar decisiones sobre la disposici\u00f3n de activos. Todo el control ha sido asumido ahora por Par Condito SLP (los administradores).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Durante el procedimiento se facilitaron tres informes sobre la situaci\u00f3n empresarial y financiera de Anfi Sales y Anfi Resorts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El Grupo Anfi hab\u00eda solicitado previamente financiaci\u00f3n adicional al banco en 2019 que fue rechazada. Los administradores informaron de que la deuda ascend\u00eda a 56,6 millones de euros al cierre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El Juez concluy\u00f3 que el dictamen pericial dado por Isla Marina fue que se ha probado la quiebra y que no pudieron cumplir con las obligaciones anteriores que ya hab\u00edan expirado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El argumento contra la quiebra fue que Anfi Sales y Anfi Resorts pose\u00edan una gran cantidad de bienes inmuebles.
