{"id":522,"date":"2021-03-09T10:05:14","date_gmt":"2021-03-09T10:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legalexits.com\/?p=522"},"modified":"2021-03-15T13:52:30","modified_gmt":"2021-03-15T13:52:30","slug":"legal-judgements-and-rulings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legalexits.com\/es\/legal-judgements-and-rulings\/","title":{"rendered":"Sentencias y Resoluciones Judiciales"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><span style=\"color: #00004d;\"><strong><u>La Normativa Espa\u00f1ola<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Desde la d\u00e9cada de 1990, la Uni\u00f3n Europea se ha preocupado por las denuncias de abuso en los &#039;productos de tiempo compartido&#039; y aprob\u00f3 la Directiva Europea 94\/47\/CE el 26 de octubre de 1994 para proteger los derechos de los consumidores. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esta Directiva fue introducida en el ordenamiento jur\u00eddico espa\u00f1ol por las Cortes Generales de Espa\u00f1a aprobando un primer reglamento el 15 de diciembre de 1998.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El tiempo, sin embargo, demostr\u00f3 que esta regulaci\u00f3n era insuficiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El 29 de marzo de 2012, siguiendo la Directiva Europea 2008\/122\/CE, el Parlamento espa\u00f1ol valid\u00f3 el Real Decreto-Ley 8\/2012, por el que se modifica el Reglamento de Tiempo Compartido. Todos los Estados miembros de la UE han incorporado posteriormente la Directiva a su legislaci\u00f3n nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esta Directiva cubr\u00eda el tiempo compartido, los productos de vacaciones de larga duraci\u00f3n, los productos de reventa y de intercambio y ha sentado un precedente dram\u00e1tico que ha provocado cambios importantes en la industria del tiempo compartido.
