Qu\u00e9 es la Ley 42\/98<\/span><\/p>\n

La Ley 42\/98 otorg\u00f3 a los propietarios de tiempo compartido nuevos derechos y redujo las t\u00e1cticas de venta bajo presi\u00f3n que se hab\u00edan llevado a cabo anteriormente en Espa\u00f1a. Esto brind\u00f3 a los consumidores per\u00edodos de reflexi\u00f3n prolongados y se prohibi\u00f3 que los resorts tomaran dinero por adelantado durante este per\u00edodo de reflexi\u00f3n. Los resorts de tiempo compartido ya no pod\u00edan presionar a los clientes para que hicieran pagos en el d\u00eda y esto inclu\u00eda dep\u00f3sitos. Si su resort tom\u00f3 dinero de usted por adelantado cuando le vendi\u00f3 un tiempo compartido, podr\u00eda tener derecho a reclamar una compensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les fueron las principales reglas para vender tiempo compartido despu\u00e9s de 1999?<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Derecho a rescindir el contrato dentro de los 14 d\u00edas siguientes a la firma sin penalizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  2. Per\u00edodos prolongados de enfriamiento.<\/li>\n
  3. La duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima del contrato cambi\u00f3 a 50 a\u00f1os. Los contratos ya no pueden ser a perpetuidad o no tener fecha de finalizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  4. Los pagos no se pueden tomar en el sitio<\/li>\n
  5. Los contratos ya no pueden usar las palabras propiedad, propiedad o inversiones.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
