A \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9 par le juge Alberto L\u00f3pez Villarrubia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les d\u00e9biteurs, qui font partie du groupe Anfi qui sont sous le contr\u00f4le du groupe Santa Cazorla, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendus de pouvoir prendre des d\u00e9cisions concernant la disposition des actifs. Tout le contr\u00f4le est d\u00e9sormais assum\u00e9 par Par Condito SLP (les administrateurs).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Trois rapports sur la situation commerciale et financi\u00e8re d'Anfi Sales et d'Anfi Resorts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournis au cours de la proc\u00e9dure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les groupes Anfi avaient pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment demand\u00e9 un financement suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la banque en 2019 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9. Les administrateurs ont indiqu\u00e9 que la dette s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 56,6 millions d'euros \u00e0 la fin de 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le juge a conclu que l'expertise donn\u00e9e par Isla Marina \u00e9tait que la faillite \u00e9tait prouv\u00e9e et qu'ils n'\u00e9taient pas en mesure de se conformer aux obligations ant\u00e9rieures qui avaient expir\u00e9 depuis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">L'argument contre la faillite \u00e9tait qu'Anfi Sales et Anfi Resorts poss\u00e9daient une grande quantit\u00e9 de biens immobiliers.
