Le 16 mars 2015, un arr\u00eat de la Cour supr\u00eame espagnole est entr\u00e9 en vigueur, suite \u00e0 la directive europ\u00e9enne (transpos\u00e9e en Espagne par le Real Decreto - ley 8\/2012).<\/p>\n

Cette directive couvrait la multipropri\u00e9t\u00e9, les produits de vacances \u00e0 long terme, les produits de revente et d'\u00e9change et a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent dramatique qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 des changements majeurs dans le secteur de la multipropri\u00e9t\u00e9 et des produits de vacances.<\/p>\n

Le 29 mars 2012, le Parlement espagnol a valid\u00e9 le Real Decreto-Ley 8\/2012, modifiant la directive sur la multipropri\u00e9t\u00e9 en temps partag\u00e9, qui a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 la Commission europ\u00e9enne. Tous les \u00c9tats membres de l'UE ont ensuite int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la directive dans leur l\u00e9gislation nationale.<\/p>\n

La directive sur la multipropri\u00e9t\u00e9 en temps partag\u00e9, qui remplace une directive plus ancienne datant de 1994 (directive 1994\/47\/CE), a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour offrir aux consommateurs une protection importante contre les contrats non d\u00e9sir\u00e9s de multipropri\u00e9t\u00e9 en temps partag\u00e9 et les contrats portant sur des produits de vacances similaires, qui comportent souvent des risques financiers importants pour les consommateurs.<\/p>\n

Elle a notamment \u00e9tendu la protection des consommateurs \u00e0 des produits de vacances suppl\u00e9mentaires tels que, par exemple, les contrats d'utilisation de biens \u00e0 temps partag\u00e9 pour une p\u00e9riode inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 trois ans, les contrats de revente de biens \u00e0 temps partag\u00e9, les programmes d'\u00e9change de biens \u00e0 temps partag\u00e9 et les produits de vacances \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
