Qu'est-ce que la loi 42\/98 ?<\/span><\/p>\n

La loi 42\/98 a donn\u00e9 aux propri\u00e9taires de biens \u00e0 temps partag\u00e9 de nouveaux droits et a r\u00e9duit les tactiques de vente sous pression qui avaient cours en Espagne. Les consommateurs ont ainsi b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de p\u00e9riodes de r\u00e9flexion prolong\u00e9es et il \u00e9tait interdit aux complexes de temps partag\u00e9 de pr\u00e9lever des avances pendant cette p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9flexion. Les centres de multipropri\u00e9t\u00e9 ne peuvent plus faire pression sur les clients pour qu'ils effectuent des paiements le jour m\u00eame, y compris les acomptes. Quelles \u00e9taient les principales r\u00e8gles pour la vente de multipropri\u00e9t\u00e9s apr\u00e8s 1999 ?<\/h4>\n

  1. Droit d'annuler le contrat dans les 14 jours suivant la signature, sans p\u00e9nalit\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  2. La prolongation des temps de r\u00e9flexion.<\/li>\n
  3. La dur\u00e9e maximale des contrats est pass\u00e9e \u00e0 50 ans. Les contrats ne peuvent plus \u00eatre \u00e0 perp\u00e9tuit\u00e9 ou sans date de cessatio<\/li>\n
  4. Interdiction des paiements anticip\u00e9s apr\u00e8s la conclusion du contrat \/ r\u00e9ception du contrat<\/li>\n
  5. Les contrats ne peuvent plus utiliser les termes \"propri\u00e9t\u00e9\", \"biens\" ou \"investissements\".<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
