{"id":1007,"date":"2021-09-28T10:26:04","date_gmt":"2021-09-28T10:26:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legalexits.com\/?p=1007"},"modified":"2021-09-29T14:34:42","modified_gmt":"2021-09-29T14:34:42","slug":"anfi-resorts-declared-bankrupt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legalexits.com\/it\/anfi-resorts-declared-bankrupt\/","title":{"rendered":"Anfi Resorts dichiara bancarotta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Anfi Resorts ha dichiarato bancarotta il 23 settembre 2021 Secondo <a href=\"https:\/\/thecanarynews.com\/2021\/07\/anfi-group-boardroom-battle-spills-over-into-court-as-lopesan-demands-bankruptcy-over-unpaid-e30-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thecanarynews.com.<\/a>&nbsp;Il tribunale del commercio di Gran Canaria ha accettato di dichiarare fallimento per le societ\u00e0 di multipropriet\u00e0 Anfi Sales SL e Anfi Resorts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La richiesta di dichiarazione di fallimento delle societ\u00e0, avanzata lo scorso anno dalla societ\u00e0 Isla Marina SL. \u00c8 stato accettato dal giudice Alberto L\u00f3pez Villarrubia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I debitori, che fanno parte del Gruppo Anfi che fa capo al Gruppo Santa Cazorla, sono stati sospesi dalla facolt\u00e0 di prendere decisioni in merito alla disposizione dei beni. Tutto il controllo \u00e8 stato ora assunto da Par Condito SLP (gli amministratori).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Durante il procedimento sono state fornite tre relazioni sulla situazione economico-finanziaria di Anfi Sales e Anfi Resorts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I Gruppi Anfi avevano precedentemente richiesto alla banca nel 2019 ulteriori finanziamenti che sono stati respinti. Gli amministratori hanno riferito che il debito ammontava a 56,6 milioni di euro a fine 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Il Giudice ha concluso che la perizia resa da Isla Marina era che il fallimento \u00e8 stato dimostrato, e che non sono stati in grado di adempiere ai precedenti obblighi che erano poi scaduti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">L&#039;argomento contro il fallimento era che Anfi Sales e Anfi Resorts possedevano una grande quantit\u00e0 di immobili.
