Iedereen associeert de naam Hilton als een luxe hotelmerk, maar hoe beoordelen hun timeshare-leden hen?<\/p>\n

Hilton Grand Vacations-beoordelingen<\/h3>\n

Helaas is volgens Trust Pilot 83% van hun beoordelingen slecht!<\/p>\n

Gasten worden naar verluidt in rekening gebracht voor problemen waar ze geen controle over hadden, werden grof behandeld en kregen geen beschikbaarheid aangeboden in Engeland, zelfs niet via 's werelds grootste timeshare-uitwisselingsnetwerk, RCI.<\/p>\n

Overname van Diamond Resorts<\/h3>\n

Hilton Grand Vacations heeft nu Diamond Resorts International overgenomen, wat een enorm voordeel biedt voor Hilton Grand Vacations. In tegenstelling tot het kopen van een hotel, wat velen als een slechte investering zouden beschouwen tijdens een pandemie waar reizen onzeker is, komt het kopen van Diamond Resorts met 400.000 volledig betalende leden! Dit is fantastisch nieuws voor Hilton, aangezien elk Diamond-lid is gecontracteerd om grote jaarlijkse onderhoudskosten te betalen, zelfs als ze niet kunnen reizen.<\/p>\n

Onderhoudskosten van Hilton Grand Vacations<\/h3>\n

De onderhoudskosten van Hilton zijn altijd hoger geweest dan het gemiddelde resort, maar je krijgt waar je voor betaalt. De standaarden van een Hilton hotel liggen boven de standaard van de gemiddelde timeshare resorts zoals Diamond en Club La Costa, daarom betaal je meer om een \u200b\u200bHilton lid te zijn!<\/p>\n

Sommige ex-Diamond-leden hebben contact met ons opgenomen met hun bezorgdheid over een mogelijke verhoging van de vergoedingen. Zoals we echter alle timeshare-eigenaren hebben verteld, zullen de kosten waarschijnlijk stijgen voor elke timeshare-eigenaar, ongeacht de situatie. De pandemie en de sluiting van de grenzen hebben geleid tot een enorme daling van het aantal timeshare-eigenaren, aangezien velen afstand hebben gedaan van hun timesharing omdat ze gedwongen waren vergoedingen te betalen voor vakanties waarvan ze geen gebruik konden maken.<\/p>\n

Verkoopdekken in heel Europa zijn gesloten gebleven, daarom zijn er geen nieuwe verkopen geweest om de cijfers gelijk te maken. Hoe minder leden er zijn, hoe hoger de verdeelde contributie voor de overige leden.<\/p>\n
