Verwacht wordt dat timeshare-resorts weer terug zullen keren naar hun oude truc, terwijl ze wanhopig proberen nieuwe zaken binnen te halen na een moeilijk jaar. Het is belangrijk op te merken dat niet elk timeshare-resort slecht is, er zijn veel goede resorts en een aantal geweldige reisclubs die momenteel enorme vakantiekortingen bieden. We schrijven dit bericht echter om lezers te informeren dat timeshare geen investering is!<\/span><\/p>\n

De EU-richtlijn stelt dat timeshare-weken, punten en fractionele eigendommen nooit als investering mogen worden verkocht. Het zijn geen herverkoopbare activa. Als het kopen van een vakantiehuis iets is waar u in ge\u00efnteresseerd bent, koop dan bij een makelaar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Waarom is timesharing geen investering?<\/span><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. U bent geen eigenaar van het eigendom. De maximale contractduur mag niet langer zijn dan 50 jaar.<\/li>\n
  2. U kunt geen makelaar in onroerend goed gebruiken om het het eigendom aan potenti\u00eble kopers te laten zien, aangezien externe agenten ter plaatse niet welkom zijn.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. De commissie voor een timeshare-verkoop ligt tussen 14% - 20%, terwijl de commissie voor onroerend goed is ongeveer 1,5%.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Over decoratie- en renovatiewerkzaamheden heeft de timeshare-eigenaar geen controle.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. De kosten voor het onderhouden van een timeshare-eigendom kunnen veel hoger zijn dan het zou kosten om in de meeste timeshare-resorts te verblijven via websites voor het boeken van hotels.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We worden elke dag gecontacteerd door timeshare-eigenaren die hun contractuele overeenkomsten willen verbreken. Velen van hen willen zelfs geen geld terug; ze willen gewoon stoppen met het betalen van de jaarlijkse onderhoudskosten. <\/span><\/p>\n

    In Europa is het voor timeshare-resorts illegaal om een \u200b\u200bvakantie-eigendomsproduct te verkopen op basis van het feit dat het onroerend goed een herverkoopbaar bezit is. Als een timeshare aan u is verkocht en destijds werd meegedeeld dat u de timeshare later met winst zou kunnen verkopen, heeft u mogelijk recht op compensatie.<\/span><\/p>\n
