In a shocking revelation, numerous ownerships, belonging to both our clients and external individuals, have been <\/u>secretly added to the Bankruptcy Creditors list (TIPO IV RESTO DE ACREEDORES) without the consent of the rightful owners or their representatives<\/u>. This unauthorized inclusion extends beyond mere names; a disconcerting number of units have also been subject to rental agreements orchestrated by Excel, a move executed without due permission.<\/p>\n

As the situation unfolds, an increasing number of units find themselves appended to the Bankruptcy Creditor list (TIPO IV RESTO DE ACREEDORES)<\/em>, leading to severe repercussions for the rightful owners. The consequences are dire, as owners are losing control over their apartments, companies, shares, and allotted weeks, all without any form of reimbursement<\/u>.<\/p>\n
