Under denna 14-dagarsperiod skulle konsumenterna ha kunnat \u00f6verv\u00e4ga sitt k\u00f6p och st\u00e4lla fr\u00e5gor om de produkter de har valt och dra tillbaka avtalet om de vill g\u00f6ra det utan p\u00e5f\u00f6ljder.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dessutom borde s\u00e4ljare ha f\u00f6rbjudits att beg\u00e4ra n\u00e5gon form av s\u00e4kerhet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Direktivet f\u00f6reskriver ocks\u00e5 att all timeshare som s\u00e4ljs av handlare ska ge detaljerad information till k\u00f6pare i god tid innan k\u00f6paren f\u00f6rbinder sig att ing\u00e5 ett avtal.<\/span><\/p>\n
