{"id":522,"date":"2021-03-09T10:05:14","date_gmt":"2021-03-09T10:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legalexits.com\/?p=522"},"modified":"2021-03-15T13:52:30","modified_gmt":"2021-03-15T13:52:30","slug":"legal-judgements-and-rulings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legalexits.com\/sv\/legal-judgements-and-rulings\/","title":{"rendered":"Juridiska domar och beslut"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><span style=\"color: #00004d;\"><strong><u>Den spanska f\u00f6rordningen<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sedan 1990-talet har Europeiska unionen varit oroad \u00f6ver klagom\u00e5l om missbruk av &quot;timeshareprodukter&quot; och godk\u00e4nde det europeiska direktivet 94\/47\/CE den 26 oktober 1994 f\u00f6r att skydda konsumenternas r\u00e4ttigheter. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Detta direktiv inf\u00f6rdes i spansk lag av det spanska parlamentet som godk\u00e4nde en f\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rordning den 15 december 1998.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tiden visade dock att denna f\u00f6rordning var otillr\u00e4cklig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Den 29 mars 2012, efter det europeiska direktivet 2008\/122\/CE, validerade det spanska parlamentet Real Decreto-Ley 8\/2012, vilket \u00e4ndrade tidsdelningsf\u00f6rordningen. Alla EU-medlemsstater har d\u00e4refter inf\u00f6rlivat direktivet i sin nationella lagstiftning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Detta direktiv omfattade timeshare, l\u00e5ngsiktiga semesterprodukter, \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljnings- och utbytesprodukter och har skapat ett dramatiskt prejudikat som har lett till stora f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i timeshare-industrin.
