Due to the recent speculations that Anfi planned the bankruptcy to avoid paying compensation to their members, we have done some research into the companies owned by Anfi Group. We have listed details of each company and what roles that play.

Anfi members paid maintenance fees during travel restrictions and lockdown periods. It is estimated that annual fees collected each year to maintain the resorts are a staggering 26 million euro! How have 2 companies within the Anfi Group collected more than 56 million euro worth of debt?

Most timeshare companies are split into at least 2 companies. One to handle the sales and marketing and the other to maintain the resort and collect maintenance fees. There are 7 companies owned by Anfi Group. 2 companies have debt of 56 million euro, why can´t the other 5 companies assist with clearing these debts, whilst ensuring timeshare owners, whom are eligible for compensation, receive a full financial reimbursement?

CIF: B-35733096, registered in the Register of Companies of Las Palmas, in General Volume 1626, Folio 18, Sheet GC-29264, whose corporate purpose is the management of service centres for the resorts, such as the Anfi shopping centre and marina, and the goods warehouse service. 

ANFI VACATION CLUB, S.L

CIF: B-35780055, registered in the Register of Companies of Las Palmas, in General Volume 1676 of Section 8 of the Companies Book, Folio 90, Sheet GC-31361, whose corporate purpose is the management of the exchange service and other exchange products offered to timeshare customers of the resorts, as well as all those activities carried out by a Travel Agency and especially those contemplated in Article 2 of Decree 135/2000 of 10 July issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Transport of the Government of the Canary Islands. The number of the tourist license issued to the company by the Government of the Canary Islands, is I-AV-0000059.3.
