This unauthorized inclusion extends beyond mere names; a disconcerting number of units have also been subject to rental agreements orchestrated by Excel, a move executed without due permission.

 

As the situation unfolds, an increasing number of units find themselves appended to the Bankruptcy Creditor list (TIPO IV RESTO DE ACREEDORES), leading to severe repercussions for the rightful owners.
